Member of the G2 – Supportive Environments Group at the Institute of Environmental Health (ISAMB), Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon (FMUL). Member of the Steering Committee of EUPHA/CAPH (European Public Health Association / Child and Adolescent Public Health). National Scientific Coordinator of the Observatory of Psychological Health and Well-being (OSPBE) of the Directorate-General for Education and Science Statistics (DGEEC). Member of the National Education Council. Coordinator of several national and international projects in the field of health promotion for children and youth. Part of the coordination team of the international network of the Health Behaviour in School-Aged Children / World Health Organization study (HBSC/WHO), where she coordinates the Planetary Health Group. Published over 700 articles in specialized journals.
