Development Axes
The Portuguese Lab for Healthy Workplaces aims to bring together personalities, researchers, academic and research institutions, organizations, associations and governmental and non-governmental specialists. This network organization allows for a multidisciplinary approach, an important articulation and combination of knowledge and skills and flexible management of available resources.
It must act on four axes : ​
research &
Development
Identify and propose relevant and emerging areas/themes for research and development;
Information/
TRAINING
Gather and disseminate available information at the level of research and intervention, disseminate good practices, promote or support scientific and professional events (workshops, meetings, congresses, etc.);
Social and Community Intervention
Policy advice; proposal of programmes and measures; consultancy and support to the implementation and evaluation of programmes and measures;
Development of international partnerships for the Observatory network.
