In 2013, he joined the NAU Hotels & Resorts Group, where he led properties such as the NAU Salgados Palace 5* & Congress Center and the NAU Salgados Palm Village 4*. In 2019, he was awarded the "Hotel Director of the Year" prize by ADHP.

In 2022, he took on the role of Vice-President for Finance & Data at the same association. Between 2023 and 2025, he completed the Master in International Hospitality Management at Les Roches Marbella.

At the end of 2024, he assumed leadership of the Lisbon Cluster of Highgate Portugal, which includes the iconic Palácio do Governador Lisbon Hotel & Spa and the Sesimbra Oceanfront Hotel.​​​​​
